George Seretis, D.O.Dr. Seretis is a board-certified Family Physician. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies at New York University, he earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then went on to serve as a family medicine resident at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. During his residency he served as chief resident from 1996 to 1997. Dr. Seretis joined Christiana Care in 1997, where he provided comprehensive care for families of Salem and Gloucester Counties.
As a board-certified Family Physician, Dr. Seretis is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Physicians, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Medical Society of New Jersey and the Gloucester County Medical Society.
Dr. Seretis served as a community outpatient preceptor at the Christiana Care Family Medicine Residency for the past 6 years, where he was awarded “Outstanding Preceptor” in 2004. His present teaching affiliations include: associate outpatient clinical professor, Thomas Jefferson University and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Seretis lives and is active in his hometown community of Woolwich Township. His wife has a Masters degree in Physical Therapy and provides care for Gloucester County residents and they have three young children.

Stephanie Gozdzialski

Physician's Assistant
Stephanie completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at Marquette University, in Wisconsin, where she earned her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to joining our staff in June, Stephanie was assisting a general surgeon for the first couple of years of her career. She has particular interests in women’s and gynecologic health, pediatrics and surgical medicine.
Stephanie is recognized by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Patricia Ottinger
Billing ManagerPatty has been Dr. Seretis' billing manager and right hand woman at the office, since they met in 1997. Patty joined SeretisCare at the start of our inception in 2006. Patty is knowledgeable in all aspects of our office operations including billing, coding, collections, appointment scheduling, and medical records maintenance. She oversees all insurance claims and billing, conducts patient service needs, performs collections of outstanding bills, maintains inventory of office supplies and oversees compliance with established record keeping guidelines for the office.
As SeretisCare's billing manager she is responsible for making sure that medical data is secure, accessible and accurate for billing purposes. She also helps in determining budgets for the billing department, overseeing collections processing, providing patient financial counseling, tracking payments and payment plans and supervises our office staff. Providing staffing and human resources functions as well an ensuring superior customer services are all key responsibilities of Patty's.
Patty brings to our office the hometown feel of southern Jersey and the warm hospitality and friendliness that we all have become accustomed too in our office. She has three boys and currently resides in Carneys Point with her husband.

Alanna Wintheim
Concierge
Alanna joined Dr. Seretis and SeretisCare in 2006 shortly after the office opened. Her main responsibilities are that she oversees the entering, organization and codification of patient medical information in the computer system. She reviews insurance pre-authorizations and verifications. Alanna is flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced environment like ours. Once you meet her, you'll quickly realize that she has great interpersonal skills allowing her to deal with many personalities, has strong decision-making skills, verbal and written communication skills and pays attention to details. Like all of our staff, she too is extremely efficient, organized and resourceful.
Alanna graduated Archbishop Prendergast High School, and resides in Woolwich with her husband and three daughters. She is the backbone of the front staff and an asset to our SeretisCare Family.

Christine Myers, RNChristine has worked with Dr. Seretis since 1998, starting as a medical assistant in Carneys Point while attending Gloucester County College where she obtained her nursing degree as a certified Registered Nurse. She joined Dr. Seretis and Patty as the inaugural staff of SeretisCare in 2006 and has been Dr. Seretis' RN ever since.
Christine's main focus of expertise is out-patient, ambulatory and preventive services. She excels in procedural set-up and assistance and is Dr. Seretis' main procedural assistant on most out-patient, minor surgical procedures done. Christine plays an important role in arranging continuing care, including pre-operative preparation and post-operative patient education.
As an RN, Christine is responsible for maintaining the quality of nursing care delivered by our nursing staff. She plays a vital role in the process of clinical decision-making, infection control, office safety, release of information within legal guidelines, explaining and obtaining informed consents, medical emergency preparation, patient and family education.
She also concentrates on continuous quality improvement and promoting and maintaining patient satisfaction through effective complaint management, orientation and education of the medical office staff and ensures that the office is well stocked and prepared for most office, medical emergencies. She maintains inventory of all medical supplies and oversees compliance with established record keeping guidelines. Like all of our staff here, Christine has great interpersonal skills, strong medical decision-making skills, pays specific attention to details, and is efficient, organized and resourceful.

Lacy Rapp, RNLacy graduated Pennsville Memorial High School in 2006 and received a full scholarship to Salem Community College's Practical Nursing Program where she obtained her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in 2008. Lacy began her nursing career here at SeretisCare in 2008 and has been Dr. Seretis' main nurse since that time.
Lacy entered the medical field because she considers it a field of prestige and endless opportunity. She is proud of the knowledge gained from her education and of the knowledge she gains every day. She is excited and enthusiastic to be a part of SeretisCare due to the high-quality care provided and the enjoyable working environment.
Lacy's expertise is in out-patient and preventive services. She is responsible for maintaining the office flow, explaining and obtaining informed consents, medical emergency preparation, patient and family education. She also ensures that the office is well stocked and prepared for the patients and providers. Lacy's main attribute is her willingness and desire to work and learn on the job. She is extremely diligent about details and like all of us, seems to excel under pressure and in our fast-paced environment. She has excellent interpersonal skills, is able to deal with many differing personalities, and is efficient and organized.

Michelle Foehner,
Medical ReceptionistMichelle received her Medical Assistant certification from Harris School of Business in 2009. After having spent her externship at our office, she was offered a position with SeretisCare and started in September 2009. Michelle has developed an excellent knowledge about the medical field and is responsible for maintaining various types of automated medical office equipment, autoclaves, medicine closets, diagnostic machines, and other medical equipment. She particularly excels in assisting our providers in preparing medical charts, preparing patients for examination, vitaling in patients, administering vaccines, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records and statistics, data storage, and filing diagnostic test results.
Michelle's strongest attribute is her desire to work and learn the qualities necessary to deal with insurance companies and patient flow. She is well versed at handling prior authorizations and also excels under pressure in our fast-paced environment. She has excellent interpersonal and communication skills making her able to deal with many differing personalities that come with the job. She is time efficient and well organized. Michelle loves her job and the great people she works with at SeretisCare and currently resides in Pennsville with her husband.

Tammy Wariwanchik
Assistant Concierge
Tammy joined Dr. Seretis & SeretisCare in September 2008 shortly after we expanded our office as one of our medical receptionists. Her main responsibilities are to provide various supportive activities needed for patient care, manage appointment schedules, give information to patients, retrieve data from databases and relay it to patients, and manage minor administrative and business details in our office.
She helps the other receptionists oversee the entering, organization of patient medical information, reviews insurance pre-authorizations and verifications and is quite capable of functioning under pressure. She has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, manages many different personalities in a pleasant and efficient manner. Tammy currently resides in Pennsville with her husband and son.

Vanessa Bisignaro
Assistant Concierge
Vanessa joined SeretisCare in July 2009 as one of our medical receptionists. Vanessa has known Dr. Seretis for years as one of his friends and neighbors she brings her pleasant personality and hard work ethic to our office. Her main contribution is her communication skill.
Vanessa is excellent at processing important information by compiling, verifying and categorizing it, scheduling appointments, receiving and making telephone calls, helps maintain the necessary correspondence with patients, colleagues and superiors and other administrative duties.
Vanessa currently resides in Woolwich with her husband and two children.
